House Committee on Appropriations – the House Appropriations Committee will post draft bill text on its website 24 hours before a subcommittee markup and post draft report text 24 hours before a full committee markup. Amendments adopted during markups are also posted.
Senate Committee on Appropriations – The Senate Appropriations Committee will typically post bill and report text on its website when a bill is filed in the Senate, which can be the same day as the committee markup.
